All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of the email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000/- + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy. All refund will be processed within two weeks of time from the receipt of email.
• Above 30 days – 70% of advance amount paid • 29 to 8 days – 50% of advance amount paid • Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND
In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, we will of course assist you in the best possible way.
