Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour/services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Houseboat rate.
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Houseboat rate.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Houseboat rate.
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Houseboat rate.
- Less than 72 hours or No show :No Refound.
Inclusions
In the event of cancellation of tour/services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- This rate including tax.
- Service: Welcome drinks, lunch,snacks and coffee, dinner and breakfast as per (veg or non veg)
- Check in time 12.00 noon & check out 9.00 am.
- Boat will be moving upto 5.30 only after 5.30 will stop village area.
- Air condition timing 9 PM to 6 AM.
- Extra bed A/C - 800.00, Non A/C – 500.00
